Tickets with QR Codes!

The new tickets will be available starting December 12, 2024, at Tper ticket offices and, soon, also through authorized retailers.

What’s changing?

The ticket format! The new travel tickets retain the same features and validity as always but are now equipped with a QR code that simplifies the validation process, eliminates potential issues, and ensures a more intuitive and immediate user experience.

How does validation work?

Validating your ticket is quick and easy:

  1. Hold the ticket close to the validator with the QR code facing upward.
  2. Follow the green indicator to find the optimal distance. You can also use the guide sticker on the validator pole.
  3. Wait a few seconds for the confirmation of validity: a light and a sound will indicate that your ticket has been accepted.

Thanks to this new validation method, the process becomes smoother, even during peak times.

Want to check your ticket or Citypass?

The new validators also allow you to verify the status of your travel ticket. To check, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press the "i" button on the validator.
  2. Scan the QR code on your ticket or Citypass.
  3. View all the information directly on the screen: check the validity of your ticket and see how many trips you still have available.
